Common questions
What happens if I run out of credits?
New publishing and AI actions pause until your credits refill or you upgrade. Pins you've already scheduled were paid for when you scheduled them, so they still go out on time.
When do credits reset?
Credits reset every 30 days from the date your account was created or your plan last changed. Unused credits don't roll over.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and your credits are refilled to your new plan's monthly amount. You can manage your subscription, switch plans, or cancel via the billing portal at any time.
What's the automation review queue?
Automations crawl your site and prepare pins, but nothing publishes without your approval. This keeps you in control and in line with Pinterest's developer guidelines.
Is my Pinterest token stored securely?
Your Pinterest access token is stored on our server, used only to act on your behalf through Pinterest's official API, and never shared with third parties. We never see your Pinterest password. You can disconnect any profile or delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes its tokens.
