Common questions

When do credits reset?
Credits reset every 30 days from the date your account was created or your plan last changed. Unused credits don't roll over.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and your credits are refilled to your new plan's monthly amount. You can manage your subscription, switch plans, or cancel via the billing portal at any time.
What's the automation review queue?
Automations crawl your site and prepare pins, but nothing publishes without your approval. This keeps you in control and in line with Pinterest's developer guidelines.
Is my Pinterest token stored securely?
Tokens are stored encrypted in your local database and never shared with third parties. You can disconnect any profile or delete your account at any time from Settings.
