Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PinPublish. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Free Trial
PinPublish offers a free tier with 400 credits per month. We encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate the service before subscribing to a paid plan. No credit card is required to start.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Starter or Pro) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email us at refunds@pinpublish.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Renewals
After the initial 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. When your plan renews each month, you receive the full credit allocation for that period immediately, which means the service has been delivered. We therefore do not offer refunds for renewal charges.
You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
4. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion in the following situations:
- A technical error on our end prevented you from using the service for an extended period
- You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error
- Your account was suspended in error
If any of these apply, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
5. Downgrades
If you downgrade from Pro to Starter mid-cycle, no partial refund is issued for the remainder of the Pro billing period. Your Pro access and credits remain available until the end of that cycle, at which point your plan switches to Starter.
6. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or by emailing refunds@pinpublish.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not trigger a refund for the current period unless you are within the 7-day window.
