Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PinPublish ("the Service"), operated by Micolie ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PinPublish. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pinpublish.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

PinPublish offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly through Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Pinterest API Compliance

PinPublish uses the Pinterest API in accordance with Pinterest's Developer Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you publish through PinPublish complies with Pinterest's policies. We may suspend your access if your use puts our API access at risk.

7. Intellectual Property

PinPublish and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Micolie. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pins will be published at exact scheduled times — Pinterest API availability is outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micolie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
